Our HSEQ policy will ensure full compliance with the customer's expectations and requirements.

COPCO A/S wishes that the customer perceives COPCO A/S products as being quality products in that our products are in full accordance with the customer's demands and requirements.

Our purchasing policy defines that we solely cooperate with suppliers who can continuously comply with our requirements and expectations. Our suppliers are selected on the basis of their competence and cooperative ability. We always strive to create an excellent partnership with our important suppliers in order to ensure that we attain a strong, common competitive ability.

Any complaint or discrepancy will be treated quickly, efficiently and objectively.

Our administration will ensure that all creditors receive prompt payment. In addition, we apply appropriate credit advisory and payment reminder procedures to ensure that debit loss is minimized.
